Freeport is the development partner of a major China property company, providing full service development expertise in all aspects of Outlet development including investment, design, leasing, operations set-up, staff recruitment and development, and marketing for three schemes: Guangzhou, Beijing, and Shanghai. Each Outlet is approximately 100,000 sq m, and the first centre is due to open in October 2011, with two opening early 2012.
